IDAT Student Registration Terms & Conditions
By submitting this registration form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions of the Institute of Digital Asset Trading (IDAT).
1. Accuracy of Information. I declare that all information and documents submitted by me are true, complete, and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection or cancellation of my registration.
2. Identity Verification. I understand that IDAT may verify my identity and supporting documents before confirming my admission.
3. Educational Purpose. I acknowledge that IDAT provides educational programs, practical training, mentorship, and awareness related to digital assets. The institute does not guarantee any profit, income, or financial return.
4. Student Responsibility. I am responsible for attending classes, completing assignments, following institute guidelines, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Fees & Payments. All fees must be paid through the approved payment methods of IDAT. Registration will be confirmed only after successful payment verification.
6. Refund Policy. All fees paid to IDAT are non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable law or where IDAT expressly approves a refund in writing.
7. Privacy & Data Usage. I authorize IDAT to collect, store, and process my personal information and uploaded documents for admission, identity verification, academic administration, certification, student support, legal compliance, and related institutional purposes. IDAT will take reasonable measures to protect this information.
8. Communication Consent. I agree to receive calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, and emails from IDAT regarding admissions, classes, seminars, updates, certificates, and other educational activities.
9. Code of Conduct. I agree to maintain professional and respectful conduct while interacting with IDAT staff, trainers, and fellow students. Misconduct may lead to disciplinary action.
10. Intellectual Property. All study materials, presentations, videos, manuals, and other educational content provided by IDAT are the intellectual property of the institute and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or sold without prior written permission.
11. Changes to Policies. IDAT reserves the right to update its policies, course structure, schedules, and operational procedures whenever necessary. Such changes will be communicated through official channels where appropriate.
12. Governing Law. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
